Our Story

Welcome to Mccastle consulting!

We specialize in business management, financial analysis and accounting metrics for performance.

Brenda E. is the founder of McCastle Consulting. She is an objective business consultant who’s eager to integrate creative and innovative concepts into your business and professional projects.

She focuses on comprehensive business development, financial planning, and business skills to succeed in your unique industry. Many founders face challenges along the road to success. She is passionate about building performance management knowledge.

Brenda received her undergraduate degree in Communication Arts from the University of West Florida College of Arts, Social Sciences, and Humanities. She received her graduate degree in Business Administration from the University Of West Florida’s College Of Business.

Brenda is a certified Business Consultant and holds an Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) certification from the National Development Council. As an Economic Development Finance Professional, she provides business assessments with emphasis on Business Credit Analysis to support the growth of SME businesses. She has worked in mass communication to assist businesses with marketing challenges, business management, and marketing software and services for businesses and franchises. She has effectively project managed account acquisition for national brands to secure private contracts and multi-million-dollar government contracts.

She enjoys empowering community members to start businesses and collaborating with established organizations to advance their growth and success.

"YESSSSS! You were a huge part of the success of receiving the SBA loan we received. You helped us, first, clean up our act by bringing to our attention: to raise our prices, to make the P&L not a tax document but a management decision making document, to cut expenses which we did with 1000 small cuts in every department, we harnessed technology and automated manufacturing to the point a large client said ‘I had no idea you were this big and had the capabilities.’ By getting fundamentals aligned, which took over a year, it allowed the SBA to confidently provide a loan. Additionally, rolling the high interest shark loans into lower interest loans The SBA loan (which yes, we pay on time!) helped our cash flow tremendously. Because we had a good record with the SBA loan, Alpha was a good candidate to receive an $157,000 PPP loan. Seacoast Bank, SBA loan bank, actually called us and helped Alpha with the application which we received funding on the first round of PPP funding.
